There are four houses for which the competitions are organized.Each trainee is allotted a house at the beginning of the academic year. These are the best places to show case their talents.The institute focuses on holistic development of the trainees to get equipped with managing the holistic development of their students in their professional life. The four houses are 1.Dianthus ,2.Gladiolus,3.Helianthus and 4.Phalaenopsis
During the academic year, a variety of inter-house events are conducted, such as quizzes, drawing competitions, poem recitation competitions, essay writing competitions and debate competitions, etc.
The Houses are created to instil a spirit of cooperation and unity among the trainees and provide them with a forum to showcase and refine their talent in various fields.In the day-to-day running of the institution, houses often take weekly turns to support the institution authorities, such as conducting morning circle time, setting up the bulletin board, maintaining discipline, testing uniform among a host of other tasks.
